Call for Entry Deadline: October 23, 2009

Requirements: 1) Film length: 15 mins max including credits. Please note: they may accept a film
slightly longer but this is at the discretion of the Bondi Short Film Festival.
2) The film must have been made in the last 18 months.
3) All the music contained in your film must be copyright cleared.
4) There is NO theme at this festival. They don’t tell you what to put into your film.
5) All styles of films are accepted including but not limited to Documentaries, Animation, Dramas, Comedy, Horror and anything in between.
6) They do not charge you anything to enter your film because they know how much it
costs to make one.
7) All entries must be submitted on DVD. If you are selected as a finalist you must also supply an SP Beta copy of your film, at your cost.

Awards: The following prize categories have been announced for the 9th Annual Bondi Short Film Festival:

1) Showtime Best Film.
2) Getty Images Best Cinematography.
3) Firestick Best Actor.
4) Spectrum Film Best Music.
5) Oyster Vision Best Script.
6) Myspace Best Design.

Best Film Receives the Follow Prizes:

1) Showtime Return Flight to North America.
2) Getty Images Visa Card with $3000.00 credit.
3) Getty Images discount of 30% on all Getty Images for all of 2010.
4) A framed A2 Getty Image of choice selected from the entire Getty Images Collections.
5) Spectrum Films editing package valued at $3000.00.
6) Firestick Film Makers Getaway package valued at $1500.00: Includes 2 nights free accomodation at Crown Plaza, lunch for 2 at Rock Restaurant, a private Firestick Wine Tasting + a complimentary mixed dozen of Firestick Wines.
7) Each prize category will also win an exclusive Bondi Short Film Festival framed award and gift package.
