Biography: Corinna graduated from University of Westminster in 1996 with First Class Honours after completing Film and Video arts degree, with a speciality in cinematography. She went into documentary after being given her first opportunity to direct through a competition run by Channel 4 that allowed newcomers to make a 10-minute documentary.

Corinna turned to drama in 2005 after she wrote a short drama script, 'Ashes', which was funded by Film London and was nominated for the TCM Classic Shorts Prize. Following this success, she went on to make a longer piece, 'Care', which was nominated for Best Short Film at the BAFTA Awards 2007 and led to her selection as one of Screen International's Rising Stars.

In 2008, Corinna was selected to take part in IWC / Channel 4's Coming Up Scheme, for which she wrote and directed her ghost story, 'The Thai Bride'.
