Daniel is a Director and Producer of Film, Documentary and Theatre. Having grown up in a family of classical musicians, Daniel was exposed to a huge range of cultures and travel from a young age. This has fed into his work, which shares his passion for making compelling and entertaining stories set in London's diverse communities. So far he has Directed and Produced projects set in London's Arabic, Persian, and Jewish communities. From Shisha Cafe culture under threat from the smoking ban for Channel 4, the banned Iranian Hip Hop movement for Al Gore's Current TV, to Michael Fassbender and Mel Smith facing off as Michael Collins and Winston Churchill at the Edinburgh Festival, and Derek Jacobi' s funeral-crashing thief in Sidney 'Turtlebaum', which is now winning awards and acclaim on the international film festival circuit from L.A to London.
A graduate of Prague Film School, holder of an MA in Modern History from Oxford University and graduate of Marc Samuelson's Producer Scheme - Daniel has a strong grasp of both the creative and commercial sides of the Film Industry.
