Biography: Darlene was born in the Gold Rush town of San Andreas, California. She has spent over thirty-five years as a network television executive in Los Angeles. During most of her career she's been a standards and practices executive responsible for the content of thousands of hours of daytime and prime time network programming.

Ms. Lieblich is an active member of the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, serving as Governor of Daytime Programming from 1993-1995 and 1999-2001. In 1994 she co-founded TV CARES, the AIDS service and community outreach committee of the Television Academy. She served as chairman of the Daytime Emmy Awards Committee from 2001 to 2005. Darlene currently works as a Vice President of Standards and Practices at a major television network.

In 1999 Ms. Lieblich became a five-time Jeopardy champion. She is a member of Mensa, a gourmet cook, a self described 'computer geek', an ultralight aircraft pilot and a classically-trained pianist.

Darlene holds a B.A. in Motion Pictures and Television from UCLA, an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University and received her PhD in Communications in 2002.
