A French writer and filmmaker, Jérémie Damoiseau holds a Masters degree in Film Studies from the Sorbonne University in Paris, and he is a graduate of the Los Angeles Film School.
Aside from his academic and film background, Jérémie holds a first degree black belt in karate, that he has been practicing for 15 years. He is also the author of an academic thesis on action star Dolph Lundgren.
Jérémie was born and grew up in a suburb of Paris. Only aged nine, he found his calling in cinema, a life commitment that he would never let go of.
After graduating from high school, Jérémie entered the University of Panthéon-Sorbonne in Paris where he was selected for the film studies program. He discovered a new approach to arts and a new interest for experimental films that he shot and edited in Super 8 (“Broken Time”).
