Jon Labes has quickly become a prolific figure in the development of original interactive video. In 2006, Jon designed and ran the production of "Wallstrip," a daily financial webshow which became the first internet video series to sell to a parent company when CBS purchased the start-up for $4 million in May 2007.
In July 2007, Jon became the Executive Producer for Titan TV Media, and has since created over 10 original branded series designed for distribution on the internet as well as a growing network of affiliate television stations.
Graduating from New York University with a B.F.A. in Film & Television Production, Jon has focused on pioneering web video since 2005 as a VC2 producer for Al Gore's Current TV, various advertising campaigns, and Germany's Pro7 Television.
A San Francisco native, Jon is predictably an enthusiast of hiking, surfing, and skiing, and spends any free time playing guitar & lead vocals for a rock band that is already legendary, but only inside his head.
