Biography: Susie Watson studied Graphic Design in Bristol where she wrote and directed her first award winning short film 'Kismet'. Her second film 'The Gang Who Couldn't' won 1st prize as part of the National Guerrilla Film-makers 48 Hour Challenge in 2002 and was also short listed for the BBC New Filmmakers Award.

Susie went on to work as a freelance camera trainee on feature films such as 'Ali G – Indahouse' and in 2004 directed a music video for Century Records for metal band Stampin’ Ground’s track 'Bear the Scars'.

In 2006 after completing the BBC Single Camera Drama Directing Course, she directed her first funded short film 'Graham & Alice' which was transmitted on BBC3. Following this Susie directed BBC1’s 'Doctors' alongside directing and creating the short 'Small Dark Places' for the BBC.
