Tara Walker was born in Salem, Oregon. At a young age she had a great enthusiasm for the arts, making home movies with her younger sister, Devon who also shared her interests. She began taking ballet at age two and started playing the violin at age five. After many years of participating in a play group at her school, Tara began to be involved in more film productions.
Her first role was in the independent film "A Look Beyond" with her sister, Devon Walker, in which they portrayed two girls haunted by the terrifying dreams they encountered upon moving to an old farmhouse in the middle of nowhere. Following were lead roles in various films including the independent films, "Bane", "The Siege", "Along the Way" and more recently "Emptyland", "Film Geek", "The Otisia Project,"and the underground hit favorite TV show, "Rough Crossing." As Tara is currently pursuing an education, she continues to act, play the violin and dance occasionally as well. The arts will always be an important part of her life.
