Humanity is struck by an epidemic of blindness.

Beautifully shot.

Beautifully shot and with an interesting progression of events, Blindness reminds us that if everyone was suddenly blind, life would really suck. People helplessly crawling around the streets, being raped, beaten to death over food; that sort of thing. I've always had a soft spot for anything post apocalyptic, and more so for one this particularly well made. It does seem to overstay its welcome by about 20 minutes or so, though.
