It wasn't long ago that I would run and hide from movies made before 1974, but lately (likely due to having run out of the other kind) I've actually been sitting down to watch the decrepit, old things. And holy shit, what do you know: Not outdated "face-palm" worthy crap as once previously assumed. Cary Grant is absolutely hilarious. The look on his face when some terrible unforeseen event happens is priceless. Also priceless, is the way the bad guys absolutely need to use such unnecessarily complicated methods to try and kill him (which may or may not be the reason he seems to escape every time). It gets less good as it goes on, but regardless, Cary Grant is my new best friend.
